Building made of high quality materials with sea-views from every apartment. The building lies in the residential centre of Benidorm that has plenty of shops and good restaurants. The beach lies at a 5 min walk and stretches 4km along a lovely boulevard.
Around the building there is a 5000m2 plot with a beautiful green garden and two swimming pools. You have your own parking spot in the basement of the building and the reception is spacious and friendly. Since the complex itself has no shops, the atmosphere is very peaceful as you are not disturbed by the busy life of Benidorm. There are 3 elevators suited for 8 people each.
