The company started in the management of tourist apartments in the 1980s with the conviction to offer the best tourist accommodation in Benidorm. In this way, it based its management of apartments in emblematic buildings of excellent construction with good services and location out of the reach of noise, as well as a friendly and personal support to our guests. Nowadays we continue with the same spirit in which the company was born under the commercial name of BenidormParaíso. We work daily to improve our service to give it to our guest. What are the accepted payment methods? Visa and Mastercard

Check-in & Check-out

What is the check-in and check-out timetable? Check in from 17:00 to 20:00 and check out before 10:00. A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight / boat number if applicable) and arrange for key collection.

Services & Installations

Does the apartment have Wi-Fi connection? Yes, and everything works perfectly.

Do you have a swimming pool? Yes, we have two swimming pools, one heated and the other outside the building.

Location & Transport

How do I get from the airport to the apartment? By taking the L4 bus, which will take approximately 20 minutes, or by cab.

Are they close to the center of Benidorm or the beach? Yes, the accommodations are close to the Levante beach.

Is parking available? Yes, there is a private parking lot in the same building, although the parking space is not included in the price.

Pet Policy

Are pets allowed in the apartment? Pets are not allowed at the moment.

Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy? From the reservation until 16 days before is 0% of the rental amount. From 15 days prior to arrival is 100% of the rental amount. In case of no-show, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

Does the apartment have air conditioning and heating? It has both and they work according to the season.

Is the kitchen fully equipped? Yes, we also have a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine and toaster.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment? Smoking is not allowed inside any apartment.

What restaurants or attractions do you recommend near the apartment? Near the apartments there is a wide variety of stores, bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk from the Levante beach and the Plaza de la Hispanidad, also called Plaza Triangular. Possibility of private parking in the same building.
